If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you can request to withdraw from your purchase within the legal period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order, except for products excluded by applicable regulations.

Submitting a withdrawal request does not imply automatic acceptance of the return. FULLGAS will verify that the order and product meet the conditions outlined in our return policy.
