Orders
Can I modify or cancel an order once it has been placed?
If your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, please write to us as soon as possible and we will see if we can modify or cancel it. Once processed, we will no longer be able to make changes.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as it leaves our facilities, you will receive an email with the tracking link so you can check the shipping status.
Workshop
Do you have your own workshop?
Yes. We have our own workshop in Montgat.
Do you install the products or just sell them?
In addition to selling them, we can also install many of the products you buy from us at our workshop in Montgat.
Can I buy online and have you install it?
Yes. You can buy online and, if the product has an assembly option, arrange it with us at the shop.
Do you assemble parts bought from other stores?
Yes. We also assemble parts you may have already purchased from other stores.
What services do you offer at the shop?
In our workshop in Montgat, we install add-ons, custom exhausts, suspension assembly and adjustment, and complete car projects, among others.

Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, and shipping carrier.
Some items are manufactured or specially prepared for each order, so they may require a longer lead time.
When your order ships, we will send you tracking information by email.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the cart based on destination and order volume.
Which shipping company do you use?
We work with agencies such as GLS, SEUR, MRW, and Correos Express, depending on the type of shipment and destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over Europe.
Can I pick up my order in person?
We do not operate as a physical store open to the public. If you purchase a product with the option of assembly at our workshop in Montgat, we will contact you to schedule an appointment.
Warranties and Returns
What kind of warranty do the products have?
All our products come with a legal warranty against manufacturing defects. Furthermore, exhausts manufactured by FULLGAS come with a lifetime warranty, applicable against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, impacts, incorrect installation, or wear and tear from use.
Do custom FULLGAS exhausts come with a warranty?
Yes. Exhaust systems manufactured by FULLGAS come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by impacts, improper use, subsequent modifications, or incorrect installation.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a product return, provided it is unused, unassembled, complete, and in its original packaging. This excludes custom exhausts, personalized products, and FULLGAS apparel.

Are shipping costs refundable?
Only if the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
In all other cases, only the product amount will be refunded.
How do I request a return?
Write to us indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will explain how to manage it according to the product.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using the options available during checkout, such as card, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Klarna, or Aplazame.
With Klarna, you can split your purchase into 3 payments, and with Aplazame, you can finance larger projects up to 36 months, depending on the terms and approval of each provider.
You can also pay by bank transfer. To use this option, contact our team before placing your order, and we will provide you with the necessary details.

Can I finance my order?
Yes. When you check out, you can select Aplazame to finance your project for up to 36 months or Klarna to split the amount into 3 payments.
Available options and final conditions will be shown during checkout. Approval is subject to each provider's assessment.

How does installment payment work?
Add the products to your cart and proceed to checkout. There you can choose:
Aplazame: select from the available installments, review any potential down payment, interest, and total amount before confirming. Depending on the operation, it allows you to choose between 3 and 36 installments.
Klarna: divide your purchase into 3 interest-free payments, at 0% APR, with charges every 30 days. (may vary)
