Lexus GS300 Steering Rack Adapters

Steering angle increase adapters developed for Lexus GS generation I (JZS147), Lexus GS generation II (JZS160), and Lexus LS (UCF10). The kit is designed to be mounted on the factory lower control arms, including the necessary hardware for installation.

The adapters are CNC machined, which ensures a precise finish and an exact fit between the adapter, steering knuckle, and wishbone pin. 7075 PA9 aluminum is used for its manufacturing, a high-strength alloy that offers superior durability compared to standard solutions.

The geometry used has been tested in real-world use, improving parameters such as correction of the center of the travel, steering response in impact situations, and wheel control at high angles. The result is more predictable steering and more stable driving in demanding conditions.

The system widens the track width by 2 cm per side, allowing for approximately 55 degrees of steering angle, making it especially suitable for drift and sporty driving.
